A little bit about me:

I am an Irish astronomer currently based as a postdoctoral fellow at the American Museum of Natural History in New York. Here, I am part of the Brown Dwarfs New York City (BDNYC) team working with Jackie Faherty and her Retrievals Gang. Before this I attained my PhD at University of Edinburgh in 2022 and my undergraduate degree from Queens University Belfast in 2017. My current research focuses mainly on characterising the atmospheres of exoplanets and brown dwarfs using JWST data and retrieval analysis.

Currently, my research is focused on exploring data as part of the the direct imaging exoplanet ERS team and the Exo-MIRI GTO team. Soon I will be exploring data from my own JWST GO program #3375.

Outside of research I'm a keen sports fan, especially football, tennis and ice hockey. I love travelling, especially to new and distant places! Coffee shops are my favourite workspaces. I also love food, especially sushi and cheese!
